Amazing renovation/addition to classic, center entrance Colonial built by Neilson Homes and designed by Bob Williamson of Williamson Building Works. The gorgeous new, custom kitchen/family room has stainless appliances, a butler's pantry, breakfast nook and a gas fireplace. There is a living room with fireplace and spacious dining room; there are beautifully finished hardwoods throughout. One of our favorite projects in Newton! This 1930's colonial got a new kitchen/family room/master suite renovation/addition. Outside there is a spectacular patio with stone walls and plenty of room to entertain.

Located in the Cottage Street Historic District and built in 1878, this home was ready for an extensive renovation. A new kitchen, family room, and 3 baths were added. A new garage replaced the tired Model-T shed. A tall cedar picket fence and pergola created a terrific, private yard. Brimming with character and charm!

Glen Road Kitchen Remodel

To open up the kitchen to the family room, we installed a steel beam to eliminate the need for columns. Quartzite countertops provide a sleek look that is easy to maintain. The stainless appliances are commercial grade Wolf and Subzero. The owner requested an outlet at the island which was cleverly concealed with a pop-down feature behind the horizontal island support rail.

Benton Street Kitchen remodel

Gut renovation included Crown Point Cabinetry, granite countertops, Miele appliances and SubZero refrigerator. Note the whimsical teapot pendant lights over the farmer's sink.
